Terms and conditions

  • The client scheduling the booking will be responsible for full payment of all services in the event that other people in the wedding/event party/group do not pay their portion.

  • Emily Chapman Makeup Artist does not offer refunds for any completed services; therefore, if the client is in any way dissatisfied, the onus is on the client to notify the artist whilst on location.

  • Clients are responsible to pay in full no later than 14 days after the event. Failure to pay within this time will incur a 5% increase. A subsequent 5% increase will be applied per month.

  • Emily Chapman Makeup Artist is not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client to give advance notification to Emily Chapman Makeup Artist if the client or any of the group/wedding party have particular hypersensitivity that the client is aware of. Should the client bring their own product that they are familiar with, then Emily Chapman Makeup Artist would be happy to use the product. Emily Chapman Make up Artist cannot make guarantees surrounding quality for product(s) the client supplies.

  • Emily Chapman Makeup Artist artists reserve the right to refuse service on any clients displaying contagious viral symptoms including but not limited to vomiting, diarrhoea and suspicious rash or Cold Sores to ensure health of other clients.

  • Emily Chapman Makeup Artist reserves the full right to refuse service to the client or members of the party for, but not limited to, infectious conditions, abusive, degrading, insulting, uncomfortable and threatening behaviour.
